• Only matters directly bearing on the proposed contract may be discussed.

• No person shall speak more than once on any subject until everyone wishing to be heard has the opportunity to speak.

• So that all views may be presented, remarks on any subject must be limited to one minute.

• Those who speak must give their names and the store number where they work.

• This offer is a complete package.  It must be accepted or rejected in its entirety.

You will be presented with an analysis of the proposed contract for your review at the meeting. Articles and paragraphs that do not appear as changed in the proposal remain as they are in the current aggreement. We have only addressed areas of change in your proposal.

We will have to stick stricktly to the business at hand. We expect a full but orderly discussion, and any member creating a disruption will be asked to leave.
