New Member Orientation & Education Department
|
This department is made up of New Member Guides who conduct orientation classes and provide information for new hires at companies we represent and familiarize new members with what a union is, how it works, and the benefits (contractual and fringe) that come with membership. They go into stores/plants on a regular basis to post information for the membership.
