The Servicing Department is made up of a team of Union Representatives  (aka Business Agents) who are responsible for representing you in the  event of a grievance with your employer. They meet with the employer  on your behalf, with you present, and defend your rights as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (contract).
